its going to be a joint venture and not an extremely high project it is expected to have 25 floors and 2 towers

10 years ago 25 was a highrise for hyderabad, what a turn it has take people are comparing it to new york and shengai , I don't think its approachable in next 5-6 years but in terms of highrise count i think if we consider decade its possible

increasing the count is one thing but maintaining the quality is another these cities have the construction qualtiy which would be hard to match witout good builders, currently they are just focusing on acquiring as much land as possible not what they are building as a result in next 10 years all these buildings will start showing consequences.
